Frequently Asked Questions

We provide the following non-medical home assistance services to our clients:  Housekeeping, laundry, companionship, meal preparation, medication reminders, transportation, and grocery shopping.  All our services are provided in accordance with the laws of the various states in which we are licensed.

We are an insured and bonded private home assistance agency.

Our Home Assistants are required to pass a 24-hour pre-service training course in order to be hired.  Each year our home assistants participate in mandatory 12-hour in-service training.

Each Home Assistant uses his or her own vehicle to run the client’s errands according to our transportation policy.  We can also provide transportation/escort services to medical facilities, errands and shopping with or on behalf of the client, but only as specified in the Plan of Care.

We can accommodate changes relating to existing service schedules if the client provides us with 2 days’ notice.  We will work with the client to make sure that all the client’s needs are met.

We have been providing home assistance services to our clients since 2006.

Services can begin within 2 days of completion of an agreement between the Client and R.G.U.S. Inc.

Our service rates are reasonable.  The hourly rates depends on the client’s condition.  Please contact us for the rate for your individual case at 847 291-8404.

Our Home Assistants are screened, insured, certified and ready to work immediately.  We have highly trained backup Home Assistants available if a replacement is needed due to schedule change or other issues.
